Maddy’s Tough Tilly – “Tilly” is a registered Drum and has been a very important part of our lesson and carriage program the last few years. She is excellent with our beginner riding students as well as students learning to drive a cart. Prior to our ownership she and her brother Axle were trained to pull as a team. Originally l purchased her and her brother to train under saddle and sell to interested clients. Little did l know her and Axle’s incredible dispositions, level-headedness, and funny personalities would give me such an appreciation for the Drum breed. They have been the reason for shifting my riding/carriage program to be exclusively Drums. We hope to have a foal next Fall from her and Reveille!
